3.1 Construction Supervision on Shield Tunneling Works of Guangzhou Metro Line 1 (1994-1997)

The first task of supervision is to assist in the preparation of international tendering documents and bid evaluation, then carry out the detailed design review of the contractors, supervise and manage the implementation of the shield tunneling works. The construction unit is Qingmu Construction of Japan.

3.2 Construction Supervision on Shield Tunneling Works of Shenzhen Metro Phase 1 (1999-2003)

According to the suggestions of Chinese experts and SYSTRA, Shenzhen Metro decided to adopt shield tunneling construction method in some sections of the first phase of the project, and entrusted SYSTRA to be the supervisor of the three shield tunneling construction sections. Tasks include: drafting tendering documents, evaluating the bids, assisting in contract negotiations, design reviews, supervising and managing construction.

3.3 Design Consultation and Construction Supervision on Wuhan Tianxingzhou Highway and Railway Combined Bridge (2004-2009)

According to Chinese railway and highway load standards, SYSTRA carried out the technical consultation on the load pattern and combination of bridge, including the train-track-bridge dynamic analysis, anti-wind and anti-seismic analysis, the structural checking calculation of the main bridge, review on the details of bridge structure. SYSTRA was responsible for supervising the works in site and evaluating the durability of the bridge.

3.4 Construction Supervision and Technical Consulting on U-shaped Beam of Shanghai Urban Railway Transport Line 8 (2007-2008)

The "U" beam structure is a structural form created by SYSTRA. Based on the particularity of the construction of the U -shaped elevated structure and SYSTRA's experience in the same type of technical services, SYSTRA was responsible for the quality control of the U-shaped beam site construction and provided supervision and consulting services.

3.5 Construction Supervision on Elevated Section of Nanjing Metro Line 2 (2008)

SYSTRA checked the civil works quality of viaduct section, provided supervision and consulting services.

3.6 Technical consultation on newly built key projects of Shanghai Chang Jiang Xi Lu Cross-River Tunnel (2009-2012)

The SYSTRA consulting team provided the technical support for technical problems occurring at all stages of the construction, including the accidental events. The technical service content mainly includes: technical consultation on design and construction of special construction nodes, optimization suggestions on civil engineering and system interface and technical consultation on electromechanical equipment.

3.7 Foreign Quality Supervisor of newly built Hangzhou-Ningbo Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2010-2012)

SYSTRA was responsible for the supervision and management of the construction quality and safety of civil works and track works along the 150km line. The main technical services include: quality and safety verification of key projects, inspect the quality management system of Chinese supervisor, organize and implement supervision training, provide consulting advice on the rationality of major design changes and their possible impact on project duration and investment according to the specific requirements of the client.

3.8 Foreign Quality Supervisor of newly built Nanjing-Anqing Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2010-2014)

SYSTRA was responsible for the supervision and management of the construction quality and safety of civil works and track works along the 270km line. The main technical services include: quality and safety verification of key projects, inspect the quality management system of Chinese supervisor, review the quarterly work inspection and BOQ materials of Chinese supervisors, organize and implement supervision training, provide consulting advice on the rationality of major design changes and their possible impact on project duration and investment according to the specific requirements of the client.

3.9 Foreign Quality Supervisor of newly built Nanjing-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2010-2012)

SYSTRA was responsible for the supervision and management of the construction quality and safety of civil works and track works along the 250km line. The main technical services include: quality and safety verification of key projects, inspect the quality management system of Chinese supervisor, organize and implement supervision training, provide consulting advice on the rationality of major design changes and their possible impact on project duration and investment according to the specific requirements of the client.

3.10 Foreign Quality Supervisor of newly built Shanghai-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2010)

SYSTRA was responsible for checking the construction quality and safety of key projects along the 170km line in the completion stage of civil works and track works, also in the system installation and commissioning stage, and preparing and implementing system and project management training plan according to client's requirement.

3.11 Foreign Quality Supervisor of newly built Hefei-Bengbu Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2010-2012)

SYSTRA was responsible for the supervision and management of the construction quality and safety of civil works and track works along the 130km line. The main technical services include: quality and safety verification of key projects, inspect the quality management system of Chinese supervisor, organize and implement supervision training, provide consulting advice on the rationality of major design changes and their possible impact on project duration and investment according to the specific requirements of the client.

3.12 Foreign Quality Supervisor of newly built Xiamen-Shenzhen(Fujian Section) Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2010-2012)

3.13 Foreign Quality Supervisor of newly built Xiamen-Shenzhen(Guangdong section) Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2010-2013)

The main technical services include: quality and safety verification of key projects, inspect the quality management system of Chinese supervisor, organize and implement supervision training, provide consulting advice on the rationality of major design changes and their possible impact on project duration and investment according to the specific requirements of the client.

3.15 Foreign quality Supervisor of newly built Wuhan-Xianning Intercity Dedicated Railway Line (2010-2012)

SYSTRA was responsible for the supervision and management of the construction quality and safety of civil works and track works along the 90km line. The main technical services include: quality and safety verification of key projects, inspect the quality management system of Chinese supervisor, organize and implement supervision training, provide consulting advice on the rationality of major design changes and their possible impact on project duration and investment according to the specific requirements of the client.

3.16 Construction Supervision of Jiangxi Section Lot 3 of newly built Hangzhou-Changsha Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2010-2014)

As the general supervisor and chief of supervision group, SYSTRA participated in the supervision of quality, safety, environment and water protection for all the civil works and system works and also in the verification of BOQ for all the projects within his service scope (including system installation and information projects).

3.17 Construction Supervision of Anhui Section Lot 3 of newly built Hefei – Fuzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2010-2014)

As the general supervisor, SYSTRA participated in the supervision of quality, safety, environment and water protection and the verification of BOQ for all the civil works and system works within his service scope (including Tongling Highway and Railway Combined Yangtze River Bridge, which is one of the key construction projects of Anhui province 2008 "861" plan, as well as the critical control project of Beijing-Fuzhou high-speed railway in Anhui section).

3.18 Construction Supervision of U-shaped Beam of Shanghai Urban Railway Line 11 (2011-2012)

The "U" beam structure is a structural form created by SYSTRA. Based on the particularity of U - type viaduct construction and SYSTRA's experience in the same type of technical services, SYSTRA checked the quality of U-beam construction in site, and provided supervision and consulting services.

3.19 Construction Supervision of Liaoning Section Lot 6 of newly built Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2014-2017)

As the general supervisor and chief of supervision group, SYSTRA participated in the supervision of quality, safety, environment and water protection for all the civil works and system works and also in the verification of BOQ for all the projects within his service scope.

3.20 Technical consulting on Shanghai Yan’an Dong Lu Tunnel Renovation Project (2014-2016)

SYSTRA provided consulting services on major technical projects in the early stage and construction process of major renovation projects, including technical consulting on construction drawings, optimization suggestions to design scheme, consulting advice on design modification during implementation, participating in renovation construction progress inspection and management, participating in the supervision of the design progress and design quality of the general contractor, carrying out the on-site inspections regularly, etc.

3.21 Construction Supervision of Anhui Section Lot 2 of newly built Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2015-2020)

As the foreign general supervisor and specialized supervision engineer, SYSTRA participated in the supervision of the quality, safety, environment and water protection and the verification of BOQ within his service scope.

3.22 Construction supervision of Baihe Major Bridge of newly built Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2016-2017)

As the deputy general supervisor, SYSTRA participated the supervision of quality, safety, environment and water protection for all the civil works and system works and also in the verification of BOQ within his service scope.

3.23 Construction supervision of Henan Section Lot 9 of newly built Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2016-2018)

As the deputy general supervisor, SYSTRA participated in the supervision of quality, safety, environment and water protection for all the civil works and system works and also in the verification of BOQ within his service scope.

3.24 Construction supervision of Chongqing Section Lot 1 of newly built Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2017-2020)

As the deputy general supervisor, SYSTRA participated in the supervision of quality, safety, environment and water protection for all the civil works and system works and also in the verification of BOQ within his service scope.

3.25 Construction Supervision of Hubei Section Lot 2 of newly built Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway Line (2017-2019)

As the foreign general supervisor and specialized supervision engineer, SYSTRA worked with the client and participated in the supervision of the quality, safety, environment and water protection and the verification of BOQ within his service scope.
