7.1 上海黄浦江行人隧道项目管理 Project management of Shanghai Huangpu River Pedestrian Tunnel Project（1998-2002）

本项目是在黄浦江下实施联络浦东和浦西的便捷交通。所选用的交通工具为SK新交通系统（由缆索牵引的小型车辆）。SYSTRA负责对本项目实施全面管理：工期管理、接口管理、跟踪设备安装和调试、人员培训等。

This project is to provide convenient transportation between Pudong and Puxi under the Huangpu river. The vehicle chosen is SK's new transport system (small vehicles towed by cables). SYSTRA was responsible for the overall management of the project, including: construction planning management, interface management, tracking equipment installation and debugging, personnel training, etc.
